Toiletgebouw "A Star is Born"

Public Toilet "a Star is Born" this is of the four projects which are for the architecture event "a Star Born" that have been realised. Rem Koolhaas and photographer Erwin Olaf (1959) designed this toilet bldg.. The public toilet exists from a bowed partition of milk glass and rustfree stole roof. On the partition Olaf's compositie "battle between the sexes" have been introduced. The partition which swings around ladies - and lord toilet forms the yin - and yangteken.

Toiletgebouw "A Star is Born" Dit is een van de vier projecten die voor de architectuurmanifestatie "A Star is Born" is gerealiseerd. Rem Koolhaas ontwierp samen met fotograaf Erwin Olaf (1959) een plein met dit toiletgebouw.
Het openbaar toilet bestaat uit een gebogen wand van melkglas en een roesvast stalen dak. Op de wand is Olaf's compositie "battle between the sexes" aangebracht. De wand die slingert rond het dames- en herentoilet vormt het yin- en yangteken.
