Koning Willem Alexander is ter gelegenheid van 75 jaar bevrijding van Nederland aanwezig bij Memorial Day op de Amerikaanse Begraafplaats Margraten. De Koning legt tijdens de herdenking de eerste krans. Vanwege de uitbraak van het coronavirus COVID-19 wordt de herdenking dit jaar in aangepaste verkorte vorm gehouden, zonder publiek.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands, King Willem Alexander will be attending Memorial Day at the American Cemetery Margraten. The King will lay the first wreath during the commemoration. Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus COVID-19, this year's commemoration will be held in an adapted abbreviated form, without an audience.
